About

Muscular Dsytrophy Association (Singapore) ,MDAS, is a non-profit social service agency committed to uplift the lives of people with MD and their families.

Impressum

To provide care and support for members with Muscular Dystrophy and their family members.

The association is a member of the National Council of Social Service and has an Institution of Public Character status, which allows it to issue tax-deductible receipts for donation.

Founded in March 2000, MDAS is managed by healthcare professionals, volunteers, those with Muscular Dystrophy(MD) and their families. MDAS caters to Anyone with MD and their families.

General Information

Objectives:
– To provide care and support to people with Muscular Dystrophy.
– To provide health and public education on Muscular Dystrohpy.
– To support medical research on Muscular Dystrophy.

We work with our members to develop their individual talents and skills. This forms the basis of an alternative job opportunity.
