About
We aim to provide all parties with vested interest in BCCS’s community work to stay abreast of its activities, to inspire & to connect with one another.

– CAPLE (Child And Parent Learning Experience): 20 week program to prepare pre-primary children with foundational literacy & numeracy skills involving parents to encourage a conducive learning environment at home

– KidsAglow: 25 week program to help children cultivate a love for reading, involving parents to promote family bonding

– KidsZone: An after school care program at MacPherson Primary School for latchkey kids where character building is emphasized through wholesome games & activities. ‘Dads for Life’ program is also offered at this satellite centre for low income &/or dysfunctional families

– Tuition@Bartley: for beneficiaries of CAPLE/KidsAglow and their siblings to keep up with the pace in primary & secondary school

– Family Zone: A befriending program catering mainly to the needy families & lonely elderlies at Braddell heights Zone by home visits to help meet their basic needs such as free lunch, dental care, outing to social events & helping to solve problems

 
Founding date
First established in 2000 by Bartley Christian Church under the name of Wei-Ni, became known as BCCS (Bartley Community Care Service) in 2000, attained IPC status in Dec 2012.
