We started with a vision of reaching out and meeting the needs of the community in Bedok area. Since then, BCCSC has been serving the children, youths, families and the elderly in need within our community.

1) FAMILY SERVICES
Provides welfare services, professional counselling and case management services for families and individuals. We also run a Youth Club and conduct social work programmes in partnership with schools.

2) STUDENT CARE SERVICES
Our Student Care Centre (SCC), Sunshine Club, offers extensive children-orientated programme at an affordable rate to serve single-parent families, dual career parents and families in need.

3) excITE @ COLLEGE EAST
A youth centre based in ITE College East in Simei, we organize activities and interest groups to promote positive resilient habits and healthy values among youths.

4) ELDERLY SERVICES
We run Meals-on-Wheels (MOW) delivery and Medical Escort and Transport (MET) services to meet the daily needs of the frail aged. Supported by South East CDC, our Active Ageing Programme reaches out to seniors in the community through our wide range of activities.
