iC@RE Hub Ltd operates a secular transitional shelter programme for women ex offenders & women in recovery from addictions.

We have been registered as a charity in 2013 and have obtained IPC status in Jan 2015.

Vision and Mission
iC@RE focuses on provision of temporary shelter environment which is safe and drug free to help and support homeless women ex offenders and women in recovery from addictions. Our individual transitional programme empowers them towards permanent housing, gainful employment, financial independence, live a productive life free of addictions and successfully reintegrate into society.
